Ebony has taken her passion for confections and eye for design and merged them into a powerhouse of dessert styling.

As a child some of my fondest moments are being in the kitchen with my mom and watching her bake delicious desserts. She would always let me lick the spoon and the smell that enveloped the kitchen eluded to laughs and lessons. Those are the memories I wanted to recreate with my children when I dipped my first candy apple in 2013. Determined to make them from scratch and with the assistance of my children we produced less than desirable looking but extremely great tasting peach flavored candy apples. As my candy apples caught on and clientele of my small production grew, my dessert portfolio expanded and E’Couture was born.

I have managed to incorporate some of the south’s most famous desserts into small portions drawing from the rich heritage of my hometown Savannah, Ga. My southern roots aid in the hospitality and exquisite charm that adds to our impeccable dessert styling. To me E’Couture is more than an exceptional dessert experience. It’s about family, love and community.

I have been able to foster my love for service and people by teaching other aspiring dessert stylist the techniques and basics needed to join the confectionery industry. I often say God allowed to me to do something by accident on purpose. I have celebrated and shared in so many memorable occasions with my clients and each one has been unique in it’s own manner.

E’Couture is my love child played out in the key of E. It’s my ode to the elders and ancestors in my family who I had the pleasure of watching bake, cook, sing, reminisce, tell jokes, discipline and put all of their love into the food that they serve. I look forward to continuing that tradition by reaching far beyond my bloodline and making my family, yours.
